DESCRIPTION This 90 minutes long experience is was created for those who want to discover Japanese teas in private with a professional in an open and relaxed atmosphere. You will be received by Alexander the owner of MANDARACHA Tea House. Alexander has been living in Japan for over 12 years and he spent the last 20 years studying teas in China, Taiwan and Japan as well as curating teas from his tea house. In an ideal setting that combines tradition and modernity, you will familiarize yourself with the different types of Japanese teas and understand what makes them so special. You will be told the story of Japanese tea, cultivation techniques and particular Japanese innovations. Simple infusion techniques will be shown to bring out the best tastes and aromas. Dans un cadre idéal alliant tradition et modernité, à deux pas du Temple Zen Kenninji qui a vu naître le Zen au Japon, vous vous familiariserez avec les différents types de thés japonais et comprendrez ce qui les rend si particuliers et convoités. On vous racontera l'histoire de l'arrivée du thé au Japon ainsi que les techniques de culture. Vous aurez aussi l'occasion de recevoir des conseils de préparation.
